Hi,

I'm  Sandor Friederich

I was born in 1964 and was diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder early in life. This diagnosis led to several stays in psychiatric facilities over the years.


In 2010, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. By early 2024, I realized that my condition was worsening despite increasing insulin doses and strictly following my doctors’ advice. This prompted me to learn more about what Type 2 diabetes actually is. Equipped with this knowledge, I took action—and today, I live without medication or insulin.
