In 2010, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. By early 2024, I realized that my condition was worsening, despite taking more and more insulin and following my doctors’ advice. That’s when I decided to learn what Type 2 diabetes really is. Once I understood, I took action—and today, I live without medication or insulin.

My goal is to help diabetics and pre-diabetics reduce their Type 2 diabetes through dietary changes and, like me, regain a normal life without medication.

I was born in Switzerland in 1964, where I also grew up. Early in life, I was diagnosed as autistic, a condition that will accompany me throughout my life. Over the years, I experienced several stays in psychiatric facilities. Today, I am stable.
