Physical Products: All our items are custom printed once ordered, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our items. If there is anything wrong with your item, please send us clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface, and we will be happy to make sure everything is right! This simple and quick step will enable us to expedite the resolution process.
Cancellations and Changes
Physical Products: Our products are custom-made specifically for you. You have the option to cancel or make changes to your order before it enters the production phase. Depending on the chosen shipping method, this could be as soon as two hours for Express shipping, 12 hours for Standard shipping, or when the listing ends, whichever comes first. Once your order is in production, our print partner is already working on producing it, making it impossible to cancel or modify the order at this point.
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS BEFORE CONTACTING US AND RECEIVING A RETURN NUMBER!
Digital Products: Digital product orders will not be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed. For customers in the UK/EU, digital product orders will not be canceled or refunded once the download link has been delivered. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information. If the digital product you downloaded does not match the advertised content, please contact us at support@diabetes-reset.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Pre-sale Orders: Pre-sale product orders cannot be canceled after the pre-sale period concludes and production has commenced.
Face Mask / Neck Gaiter Orders: These items are considered final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your face mask or gaiter has defects, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Fulfillment Time & Delivery Time
Fulfillment time refers to the duration it takes to produce an order and prepare it for shipping. We guarantee to complete all orders and provide a shipping tracking number within 14 business days from the order date. Please note that fulfillment time does not include the delivery time. To check your order status, access tracking information, or make changes to your order, please visit our shop site and enter the order number provided in the order confirmation email.
If a shipping tracking number is not assigned to your order within 14 business days of the order date, we will refund the shipping fees associated with the order. To request a refund, please contact support@diabetes-reset.com. To expedite your support request, kindly provide your contact information, order number, and select "I have a question about my order" as the reason for contact.
Please be aware that the 14-day fulfillment guarantee does not apply to pre-ordered products.
Damaged Goods / Quality Issues
For the quickest resolution, please include multiple photos illustrating the poor print quality or the damaged area of the item. The best pictures are those taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly visible. We will use this information to assist with your order and prevent similar errors in future printing.Gift Returns/Exchanges
We recognize that gift-giving can be a complex process. If you have purchased or received a product as a gift and need to return it, our standard policies will apply.
Refunds
Credit Card: Refunds processed via your credit/debit card should appear in your bank account within three to five business days. Prepaid Card: Refunds cannot be issued to prepaid cards.Need Help?
